Synopsis:
Maggie Collins is taking her relationship status by the reins and putting her trust in D.C.’s latest dating craze. SMS Connect matches it’s users with a text-only device and DCFox is turning out to be everything she could have hoped for in a partner. When stress levels at her job as a speechwriter for a presidential campaign rise her colleague suggests a stress relief solution. When the only person she’s interested in asking turns out to be her professional nemesis, Austin Thorne, the inventor of an AI speech writing system, their professional rivalry turns into a passionate and satisfying arrangement. When the intensity starts to turn into feelings she has to decide between IRL Austin or DCFox. Except they’re one in the same. In this modern retelling of You’ve Got Mail, Maggie and Austin have to decide if their chemistry is stronger than career changes and whether their trust in each other is a solid foundation for a future together.
