Meet the Author, Heather LeRoss…
I’m known for embarrassing myself in most social situations, oversharing with strangers, and eating too much chocolate … and cake … and ice cream.
My passions are writing stories that make women feel connected and understood, reading good books, cooking food no one in my house will eat because, “Eeww, is that GREEN in there!?” and sleeping. While those are my passions, I spend most of my time arguing about why my boys need to brush their teeth every day, heating up chicken nuggets (only the organic kind because #health), worrying about things I can’t control, and writing.
I spent 17 years in corporate America writing about technology until I decided to find my heart again, write the words I wanted, and left to pursue writing full-time. I wanted to work with people who dream of sharing their stories, so after becoming a Martha Beck trained Coach, I decided to use my training to help others through their book birthing journey as a Writing Coach.
I dream of someday meeting and hugging Hoda Kotb because I imagine she gives the best hugs. And I’m currently working on my next book, a work of fiction, titled, What’s Left is Hope.
